Service and Warranty

All products are tested here in our offices before they are shipped to you.  If for some reason your item arrives not working as you expected, give us a ring and we'll make it right!

We accept returns in the first 45 days with original packaging intact, double-boxed (the original box and packing is INSIDE another shipping box), and with a 20% restocking fee.  We have to charge this as we cannot resell as new, but must reduce the price and sell as used.

If you do not have the original packaging, we cannot accept the return.

Because part of our criteria in selecting what equipment we sell is reliability, we do not anticipate you will have any problems.  If however during the warranty period of your product you experience a problem, give us a ring so we can help.

We will troubleshoot the problem and if it needs to go in for repair, we will work with the manufacturer to get any RMA information you need. 

If you have trouble with a critical piece of equipment (such as a monitor) we will ship a loaner to you at no charge.  Loaners are determined on a case by case basis.
